Red Zone
With safety in mind, we have split the activities within this more physical zone into two different age bands
- 9 to 11 and 12 to 15, your children will be automatically allocated to the correct age group on booking.
Football
Regardless of whether you are a budding superstar or just starting out in football our highly motivated and
experienced coaches have an exciting and diverse coaching programme encapsulating all the skills required to
develop your abilities within the beautiful game!The football sessions will consist of warm up techniques, extensive skills development and small sided tournaments. Pitch your skills against the rest and who knows there might even be a prize or two for those who can show they are a class above the rest.
Rugby League
The rugby league programme is delivered at a grass roots level encapsulating all the basic skills anyone
could need to enjoy this exciting and high energy sport.The rugby league will take the form of non-contact tag rugby encouraging maximum use of all the skills learnt during the sessions. The rugby league will finish with a small sided tournament with a prize or two on offer for the team that can find that winning edge.
There are also development opportunities for anyone who shows a high level of natural talent as one of the company Directors (Gregor Sim) works closely with Scottish Rugby League Youth Development for which is based in Glasgow.

The hockey programme focuses on enjoyment and participation with lots of fun and exciting individual and group
practices to develop the basic skills required to play this fast paced dynamic game.As with all our team oriented games the culmination of the programme will take the form of a small sided tournament again with the chance of a prize or two for those who excel.
